Our winery was present at the wine fair “Ricardo Santos winery” held at Cuchillas of Lunlunta. In a relaxed atmosphere, wine lovers came to try our UNO range. Because of the high temperatures, our UNO Sauvignon Blanc and UNO Rose were a great success.
In February, we had the great opportunity to be visited by Markus Keller, who is probably, today the most prestigious viticulture research figure in the world. He directs research work in viticulture at the University of Washington, USA. His book “The Science of Grapevines: Anatomy and Physiology” is one of the most consulted by technicians and teachers worldwide.
Markus, with the winery’s agronomy team, together with INTA and staff of the Agronomy of Mendoza University, toured the different vineyards of Antigal, which was extremely useful to broaden perspectives and work together so that the quality of our wines is better every year.
During the month of October a roadshow with our winemaker Miriam Gómez was carried out with great success through the cities of Los Angeles, San Diego, Hollywood, Orange County and New York. Where Antigal participated in trade shows and tastings!
On Friday, September 27, Antigal Winery participated as sponsor of the event organized by the Municipality of Maipú “Milagro in the Andes”: Redefining the impossible, by Nando Parrado, one of the survivors of the plane crash in the Andes in 1972.
During the month of September, was carried out with great success the first roadshow of Antigal Winery in China, in the cities of Chengdu-Guangzhou-Fujian. Cheers for Asia Team!
Our new sparkling Aduentus is born from Chardonnay grapes, hand-picked and doble sorted from our vineyards in Gualtallary, Uco Valley. This fantastic extra brut sparkling gives honeysuckle, butter, almond and white peach notes; that give it a unique and unmistakable personality.
Antigal Winery was part of “Rebuilding Stories”, a Wine Fair for the benefit of the Acciona Foundation that aims to raise funds for the construction of a shelter in the town of Gutierrez, Maipú (Argentina), which is intended to be a house for women and their children in situations of domestic violence.
On August 28, 2019 Antigal Winery took the first step towards a cultural change, starting with a corporate social responsibility project in the province of Gualtallary where its own vineyards are located. The objective of this initiative is to promote the development of the area and to support the community of the Hermenegildo Hidalgo school.

His performance in the wine world dates back to 1970 when he began working at Robert Mondavi Winery, the famous Californian winery. In 1991 it became the Bronco Wine Company. This year he is moving away from the big companies to be part of the family winery Antigal Winery & Estates.
