Agronomist Engineer
JUAN ARSAC
Juan Arsac is Antigal's agronomist engineer. His job is to make sure that the grapes on the vine are well-tended and flourish into their best selves. Juan and his vineyard team rigorously study the soils, slope and elevation of our estate vineyards to determine the best location for each of our grape varieties. They shepherd the fruit from bud break to harvest to reinforce our philosophy that great wine starts in the vineyard.
